The GAPS diet seems to be the most affective protocol to address a multitude of symptoms of disease. I've enjoyed learning about the diet because the hope that it gives me. As I understand more of the design of the human body and digestive system I want to share the knowledge with others.
Of the many discussions I participate in on wellness I am the most motivated by the research of Elaine Gottschall, Natasha McBride, and the individuals that have the courage to work through each phase of healing.
